4x4 HIIT on the Elliptical (This alone is the most powerful thing)
Morning sunlight within 30 to 60 minutes of waking.
Consistent bedtime and wake-up time.
No food 3 hours before bed.
No water 2 hours before bed.
No lights 1 hour before bed. Lights OUT. Red light filter on phone with brightness set as low as possible.

Also, no caffeine within 10 hours of bedtime. I think the less caffeine you have, the better. I’ve switched to decaf.

I’ve heard of blue light filters. Does red light affect us the same way? Also, how do you filter out red light on your phone?

They mean a filter that allows red light through while blocking others.
