I’m on a quest to discover natural ways to improve sleep without relying on prescription medications, over-the-counter sleep aids, or melatonin, as I find the side effects and grogginess unwelcome. Have any of you found effective natural methods or routines that help you fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night?
I’ve recently been experimenting with CBN and THC combinations, which seem promising. However, I’m eager to learn from your experiences. What natural methods have significantly improved your sleep? Let’s share our discoveries and help each other achieve better rest!
Simple changes can make a big difference. Have you tried a new pillow, setting a consistent alarm clock, or reading before bed? These adjustments have greatly improved my sleep.
I recommend trying magnesium glycinate, olly sleep gummies, taking a hot shower before bed, and using a weighted blanket. Listening to ‘Sleep With Me’ podcasts, sleep meditations, or classical music at night also helps me.
Consider detoxing your liver, kidneys, and colon. I use milk thistle and probiotics, as suggested by my naturopath, and make sure to drink plenty of water. It took about a week to notice improvements.
Using a weighted sleep mask and ear plugs has helped me. I also spray lavender on clean sheets and practice standard sleep hygiene routines for at least 30 minutes before bed, which includes drinking tea and avoiding screens.
