I’m currently training to become a certified sleep coach for adults and am offering free 1:1 sleep coaching sessions as part of my practice. If you’re struggling with sleep and want a more personalized approach, this might be for you!
What’s involved?
A 6-week program including a thorough sleep assessment, weekly virtual sessions (1 hour each), and a personalized sleep improvement plan tailored to your needs.
Who is it for?
Anyone dealing with sleep problems, especially those who feel overwhelmed by generic online advice. I’m particularly interested in helping neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD) but anyone is welcome.
Important notes:
I do not provide medical advice, nor do I recommend medications or supplements. My focus is on addressing behaviors, habits, and routines. I will help rule out issues like sleep apnea that might require medical attention and recommend you consult a specialist if needed.
If this sounds like something you’d benefit from, please leave a comment, and I’ll provide more details. The program is completely free—I just ask for a short testimonial afterward if you’re happy with the results.
Looking forward to helping some of you get better rest!
I’d love to participate! I’m doing Dry January and recently started a carnivore diet. I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu three times a week and wake up at 4 a.m. for it.
Hi, I’ve never been diagnosed with ADHD but have struggled with sleep for a while. I wake up in the middle of the night, feel super anxious, and can’t get back to sleep. I’d be interested in your program.
I’d love to join! I’m neurodivergent and recently changed my sleep routine based on online advice, but it’s not working. This sounds like a great opportunity!
I’m interested! I’ve always had trouble staying asleep. Falling asleep is no problem, but I wake up after a couple of hours and can’t fall back asleep. I’ve tried so many things over the years and would love to know what feeling rested is like.
This sounds really interesting. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. My sleep is inconsistent—sometimes okay, sometimes bad for days. Regardless, I never feel rested. I’d love to be considered for this program.
