Can I actually survive on just 2 hours of sleep a day for my exams?

Is it possible to make it through 25 days with only 2 hours of sleep each night? My college entrance exams are coming up soon, and my schedule has been so packed that I haven’t been able to study much. I’m wondering if cutting sleep like this could work, at least temporarily.

No, you’ll definitely fail if you try that. You need to get proper sleep.

Definitely not. You won’t be able to retain anything, and your body will suffer in other ways too. Sleep is critical for locking information into memory. Don’t skip it!

No, it’s not a good idea.

I really don’t think this will go well, and it could even hurt your performance. Try for at least 6-7 hours of sleep. If you need to stay up one night, make sure you catch up the next night.

If you’re aiming to go crazy, there are easier and more fun ways to do it.

Nope. You can’t have it all; sometimes you have to choose sleep or study, but you can’t do both on 2 hours.

Sorry, I didn’t fully get that.

Basically, sleep is essential. You can’t function well on only 2 hours a night and expect to handle college.

Yeah, it’s tough, but passing this exam would mean a lot. It’s a state university with low tuition fees, so failing would mean going to a costly private school, which I don’t want to do.

If you’re serious about passing, then get proper sleep. You won’t perform well if you’re exhausted.

Nope, it’s a terrible idea. You’re bound to crash, mentally and physically. Sleep helps solidify what you learned during the day into memory. You’ll actually remember more if you sleep after studying.

Sleep has two main jobs: it clears out waste in your brain and helps lock in memories. Early sleep focuses on cleaning, while later sleep focuses on storing memories. Skipping sleep disrupts these processes, making it harder to concentrate and remember what you learned. Try to sleep consistently each night, eat well, and get some daylight. Good luck on the exam!

Honestly, I don’t think anyone’s body can handle 25 days on 2 hours of sleep. You’ll feel so terrible that studying won’t even be an option.

This is exactly what will happen. I’ve been through it, and I still feel the effects.

Nope, you’ll fail if you try this.

I once went without sleep for nearly two weeks, and it almost killed me. Lack of sleep will mess you up in ways you won’t expect. Sleep is honestly your best tool for retaining info.

You’ll collapse mentally and physically. Try to balance studying with at least some decent sleep.

Just no.

Nope, it isn’t.
