Have you tried using headband bluetooth headphones and playing noises of nature? I have a friend who started doing this about three yeas ago and swears by it. She uses an elastic band that covers eyes and has speakers, very comfortable to use while sleeping. Also she’s made some dietary adjustments and started taking melatonin, magnesium, and some other natural sleep supplements like valerian root and chamomile tea.

Have you tried acupuncture? I have had acupuncture treatments for my insomnia and it really helped. I would highly recommend it.
In my experience, a combination of therapies can help (if you can afford them). I am currently trying a combination of sleep hypnosis, CBT-I, and acupuncture.
