I watch shows I know well and love, like ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘Star Trek TNG’. I downloaded TNG episodes without the loud intro so I can drift off easier.
I listen to ocean waves and thunderstorm sounds. I have a unique track called ‘Rain with distant artillery’ that knocks me out instantly.
I fall asleep to ‘Roseanne’. It just works for me.
In winter, I turn on a 12-hour fireplace video with crackling sounds. My TV is set to sleep mode so it turns off after 2 hours.

I use Rain Sounds Premium on my Amazon Echo. It plays all night, starting at 8 PM, and turns off at 4:45 AM automatically. It helps quiet my mind.
