What do you listen to or watch to fall asleep?

I watch shows I know well and love, like ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘Star Trek TNG’. I downloaded TNG episodes without the loud intro so I can drift off easier.

I listen to ocean waves and thunderstorm sounds. I have a unique track called ‘Rain with distant artillery’ that knocks me out instantly.

I fall asleep to ‘Roseanne’. It just works for me.

In winter, I turn on a 12-hour fireplace video with crackling sounds. My TV is set to sleep mode so it turns off after 2 hours.

I’d love if you could try my bedtime story podcast. It’s mostly guided meditations. Here are the links to YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

I use Rain Sounds Premium on my Amazon Echo. It plays all night, starting at 8 PM, and turns off at 4:45 AM automatically. It helps quiet my mind.

I listen to white noise, sleep music, or space documentaries to fall asleep.

I listen to harp, violin, or piano music. It’s very calming.

I should try that. I usually prefer soothing voices, though.

Classical guitar music is also quite relaxing.

I don’t listen to anything. Silence works best for me.

You’re lucky. I wish I could do that.

I listen to ‘The Anthropocene Reviewed’ podcast by John Green. It usually takes me a few nights to get through one episode.

I like watching ‘Seinfeld’, ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’, or ‘Horrible Bosses’. Currently, it’s ‘Christmas Vacation’.

I watch videos but I have insomnia, so it’s tough.

I watch ‘The Why Files’. It’s very interesting and somehow soothing.

I watch shows on the ID channel.

I imagine watching movies on the insides of my eyelids.

I often fall asleep to WWII documentaries.
