How on earth do you sleep with arms always in the way?

I feel your pain!

Now I can’t stop thinking about where to put my arms either. Thanks for that.

Welcome to the eternal struggle of the sleep-armed.

Tucking an arm under the pillow has been a game changer for me. Give it a try!

Definitely trying this tonight, thanks!

I go full T-Rex mode and keep my arms close and bent. Works until they start to go numb.

I relate so much, but then my shoulders pay the price!

Hugging a big pillow helps. I also use another pillow to elevate my arm, which really helps.

You haven’t lived until you’ve tried an adult sleep sack. It keeps everything in place.

I sleep on my side and position my arm in a way that feels natural and comfortable. It took some practice but works great now.

I end up like a T-Rex, and then my arms start hurting. Any tips?

@Zane
Make sure your pillow is the right height to keep your neck and shoulders comfortable.

I’ve had to get creative due to shoulder issues. A pillow under my chest and double-stacked pillows for my head help keep the pressure off.

My chiropractor recommended I sleep with my arm bent up under the pillow. It keeps my shoulder from locking up.

Sounds like a solid plan. Thanks for sharing!

Yoga has really helped me. Also, don’t forget about magnesium supplements before bed.

I sleep on my side with my arms arranged like I’m holding a chicken wing. Swapping sides often helps keep things comfortable.

Where do I put my arms? I end up nearly choking myself trying to get comfy.

Just be thankful you’re not dealing with something like carpal tunnel on top of that!
