Please share me some sleeping tips

Can you guys please share me some tips to sleep effectively that worked for you guys coz it’s been more than a week that I haven’t slept properly and it’s affecting my mental health very badly

Get into a routine.
Avoid technology.
Create a restful environment.
Don’t clock watch.
Foods for sleeping.
Darkness promotes sleep.

Some techniques may help relax and calm your mind before bed, which could help you sleep better and have more energy the following day. These include exercising early in the day, reading a print book, keeping your room cool, taking a warm bath, and avoiding screens within an hour before sleep.

Get some exercise during the day.
Avoid using your cell phone.
Read a book.
Avoid caffeine.
Try meditation or mindfulness.

Just use Melatonin (found in dairy and cherries) makes you sleepy, potassium (found in bananas) and magnesium (also found in bananas and almonds) help promote muscle relaxation. Furthermore, many herbs, often found in teas like chamomile and mint are considered sleep inducing, while the dairy in warm milk is effective as well.
