Mornings were rough – I’d feel totally unmotivated. My main issue was falling asleep. My mind would race, and I’d think about everything I needed to do or get random ideas and reach for my phone. I’d lie in bed 8 hours but sleep only 5.

Best fix for this was doing a brain dump before bed. Just 5-10 minutes writing out a to-do list for the next day helps a lot. Keeping my bedroom super cold also made a difference – I set the AC to around 64F and use cooling bedding.
