I’m having a hard time thinking exercising to the point of collapse is a good idea. I exercise vigorously for a period of time most days. I still have sleep problems.

Thanks for this and I definitely agree. The problem is that I do intense strength training 6 times a week. Probably need to cut down.
Have you tried beta-caryophyllene (BCP)? I use a product called CB2 Hemp Seed Oil (I love the orange creamsicle flavor) with dinner and sleep amazingly well now. I believe this brand is the go-to for BCP supplements. Worth a try if you haven’t tried BCP yet.
@Sage
No I haven’t. Hmmm, I’ll give this a try!
Magnesium works wonders for me. You sure you got the fundamentals right? Like exercise and sunlight?

Sunlight is probably something I could get more of. Too much exercise may be part of the problem. It’s not that magnesium didn’t work. It did. I just felt really groggy the next day.
@Arden
Exercise timing perhaps? What else have you experimented with in terms of sleep protocols?
Have you tried low-dose melatonin? I only take 0.5mg and it works great.
I recall reading that often higher doses of melatonin can actually be worse.

Yeah I might play around with dosage. My body might not respond well to a high dose.

I highly recommend it. I order mine from Amazon and get the Now brand. I believe they come in 500 or 1000 mg. I get 1000 mg. The pills are giants though. The 500 mg comes in smaller capsules.
Valerian root supplements are also great for sleep. People either love or hate valerian. It can definitely intensify dreams (which I happen to like). I love the brand Oregon’s Wild Harvest Valerian.
Good luck!
Ashwagandha! You can get ones with different things in them for sleep specifically too.

Nah, this one made me feel like a complete zombie.
CBN. Charlotte’s Web is the best brand.

Strongly agree with this. I’m a bodybuilder so this isn’t the major problem for me.
