What's one thing you've tried that actually helped improve your sleep?

Cold plunging! Get high scores on the OptiSelf Sleep app every time I do it, any time of day.

Getting up and going to bed at the same times every day

Surprised no one has said tape over the mouth to force nasal breathing all night. Has a noticeable effect for me.

Also Ipamorelin is fucking awesome if you’re interested in delving into the world of peptides

CBD and my wife getting a CPAP machine.

1 half of a prescription 7.5mg Remeron

1 - Apigenin

1 - L-Theanine

2- 500mg L-Tryptophan tablets

1 - Myoinositol

Thank me later, because you will sleep through the night, wake up well rested, with enough energy to attack the day!

It’s great to see you’ve found something that works for you! Do you find the physical activity helps more with falling asleep, or is it the combo of both that really does the trick?

@Winslow
If I’m physically active in the day my sleep quality is better and I fall asleep more easily. Nature helps but not a requirement!

I did Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and cured my life long insomnia. My therapist is on Instagram Lauren Clayton mental health hacker. Changed my life being able to sleep :sleeping:

How did you feel in the first few weeks of the process—was it challenging at first, or did you notice changes pretty quickly?
